A.C.E. Performance Lab™
A six-week mental-performance coaching program designed to help athletes and performers strengthen alignment, build consistency, and execute effectively under pressure.
A six-week mental-performance coaching program designed to help athletes and performers strengthen alignment, build consistency, and execute effectively under pressure.
The A.C.E. Performance Lab™ was created to help athletes and performers move beyond talent and motivation by developing a reliable system for sustainable excellence. High performers do not usually struggle because they lack ability; they struggle when pressure exposes gaps in their preparation, habits, confidence, or ability to reset.
During this six-week mental-performance coaching program, participants will use the A.C.E. Framework™—Alignment, Consistency, and Execution —to understand their performance patterns, establish minimum standards, strengthen daily habits, and develop practical strategies for responding effectively when the pressure rises.
Through live group coaching, guided exercises, performance assessments, and a personalized A.C.E. Performance Plan™, participants will leave with practical tools they can continue using in athletics, academics, work, and other high-performance environments.
Led by Dr. Raylene P. Ross, the A.C.E. Performance Lab™ combines more than 20 years of experience in collegiate athletics, mental performance, leadership development, and behavioral health. Dr. Ross helps athletes and performers develop practical systems for navigating pressure, strengthening consistency, and pursuing sustainable excellence.
The program is designed for athletes, performers, students, coaches, and other high-achieving individuals who want to strengthen their consistency, manage performance pressure, and develop a sustainable system for excellence.
You will learn how to create greater alignment between your goals and actions, establish consistent performance habits and minimum standards, recognize your pressure patterns, reset after mistakes, and execute more effectively under pressure.
