Good to know
- The tax rates are free from the Province of Nova Scotia's open data portal. You're paying for the cleaning (merged name spellings, consistent municipality names, tidy tables) and the ready-made calculator.
- Results are estimates from general municipal rates. They don't include area rates (fire, sewer and so on), other charges or the property-assessment cap. Always confirm with your municipality.
- No personal information. The data is rates per municipal area only.
- Instant digital download (ZIP).
