[MTA:SA] Dailyrewards for OwlGaming

Description:

 Introducing a fully optimized Daily Rewards script requiring only the DGS resource to function! Players can log in to the server, use the `/dailyrewards` command, and claim their daily bonus, which server owners can edit easily in config file.

Once a player collects their daily reward, it is saved in the database with a timer that tracks the 24-hour cooldown until the next reward becomes available. However, if the player fails to collect the reward the next day, their progress resets to Day 1.  

This system ensures consistent engagement while providing flexibility to server administrators to tailor rewards to their community’s needs.
