Too expensive

Too expensive for what it is. All info searchable online. Some outdated information. Appreciate the effort but I did not think it was worth it.

I’m always trying to improve the guide, so I was wondering if you would be willing to share a little more specific feedback with me.

In particular, I’d really appreciate knowing:
-Which information did you feel was outdated?
-Were there any parts you felt were not useful or could have been better?
-When you say that all the information can be found online, was there anything you expected the guide to include that you felt was missing?
-Was there anything that would have made the guide feel more worthwhile to you?

Any specific examples would be really helpful, as I’d like to use your feedback to improve future versions of the guide.

Absolute gold pass for Japan

Unbelievably helpful from day 1 you can have so good food in Japan if we just follow or smart enough to think and plan with all the required information she has provided. I can’t believe how much time it would have taken to create this PDF which helps us walk less. Panic less and stress free vegan in Japan :) I even did Japanese alps which is mostly non vegan but successfully had awesome meals because of this PDF. Highly recommend

Great resource

I bought itadakihealthy’s guide in 2024 and am happy to get it again for my upcoming trip in 2026. It’s a great resource for vegan visitors, especially the sections about what is veg at the konbini and the supermarket! Thanks, itadakihealthy!

Super Helpful!

As a South Indian vegan, I assumed I'd have a tough time finding vegan restaurants, cafes, and food. But I was wrong, this was very helpful. I saved the PDF in my WhatsApp, so every time I visit 7-11, Lawson, FamilyMart or Don Quijote. I would just open it to refer to the guide. The photos of the products were the best part of the guide; you can show them to the staff, and they will point you to the shelves. I managed to carry back home a lot of snacks. :-)

Content amazing but file size an issue

Wow this guide is definitely worth the money. The amount of time and research that went into it is evident. I would definitely recommend on the basis of the sheer content and detail that isn't available anywhere else, at least not in one consolidated location.

However, I can't view the document on my phone due to the large file size (395MB). As I have a less capable phone it starts heating up and crashing when trying to view the file. I did try a few different file viewers but no luck. I would recommend the creator look into methods of compression, and potentially make a phone-compatible version available, as it's a real issue not being able to use the guide on the go.
