2. Open `Calm_Bride_Companion.html` in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.

3. Add your name and wedding date in the Countdown tab.

4. Clear the sample entries (or use "Start Fresh" to wipe everything at once) and start logging your own.

5. Click Export Data any time you want a backup — before switching devices or clearing your browser.
