This toolkit is designed to help clients explore anxiety between sessions through guided AI prompts, prayer, reflection, and Scripture. Clients can copy these prompts into an AI chat like ChatGPT, journal responses, and invite God into the process of understanding and managing anxiety. This workbook will provide valuable insight for further processing in-session.
AI is not a replacement for therapy or a licensed therapist's discernment. Always use this workbook in conjunction with therapy. It is not intended for diagnosis or treatment of mental health disorders. Please review the included Safe Usage document prior to incorporating AI into therapeutic work.
