All ESL Adult Learning Bundles are final sale and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms below.

No Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of 1-on-1 instruction, customized lesson planning, and reserved scheduling time, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is completed.

Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.

Scheduling & Attendance

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will be considered used sessions.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand life happens. Sessions may be rescheduled with proper notice on the same week, yet it will be subject to availability. Each session is reserved specifically for you.
