When autumn settles in, the leaves that haven’t blown away intermingle in damp piles on the ground. I’m always delighted by the first surprise snowfall and the way the ice crystals outline each leaf, bringing them new life. The leaves in Brannock Cowl remind me of those frosty mornings.

This cozy cowl was designed to be worn close to the neck, so a baby-soft worsted weight yarn in a solid or semi-solid color is best. The intuitive lace pattern is worked with large needles to enhance the drape and softness. Brannock Cowl will have you watching the forecast and hoping for brisk mornings as soon as the first leaf drops from the tree.
