This package is available to anyone who is needing support and guidance beyond what can be accomplished in one session. Whether you are still with the Narcissist and are needing to learn tools on how to deal with them, or have left and need support on how to maintain no contact. We will take an indepth look into your specific situation and uncover the most effective way to help you achieve your goals.
This coaching package is sold in groups of three 50 minute face to face sessions over zoom unless you would prefer to conduct them over the phone. I am also available to my clients via email 7 days a week in case an urgent situation arises.
I also will compile a follow up email to you after our first session that will include additional reasources and materials based on the specifics of your circumstances. This will include book recommendations, worksheet attachments that explain specific abuse tactics I feel you have been subjected to, among other things that I believe will help your healing journey.
Along with this purchase you will recieve a free PDF that goes into detail about what a Narcissist looks for in a target, what personality traits you possess that make you vulnerable to a Narcissist, how they operate and how protect yourself in the future. You will also become a member of the private Facebook support group where you can gain insight and support from others who have similar stories.
