Each video lesson introduces a building block of the yearly review. Videos are short and sweet and won't take much time to watch. You can follow them in order, or shuffle them anyhow you like. You can complete the review in one go, or spread the process over any period of time that suits you. My personal preference is to take at least a week, in order to give time for deeper insights to pop up, but you can choose whatever works best for you β¨

I'm a sailor, so let's use a sailing metaphor:
You're going somewhere - that's cool, but in order to actually stay on course you need to periodically check your position and make necessary adjustments. Taking some time to reflect will inevitably spark insights that will help you re-align, and bravely continue your journey of becoming the person you wish to Be. I'm cheering for you! β΅οΈ

That'd be me, Wizard MichaΕ π
I'm a facilitator, game designer, multidisciplinary artist, habit coach, writer, and a few other things that are less relevant for my credibility here. Friends tend to say that I'm a wizard, so I kinda embraced that because it's a funky title. I've been developing my yearly review practice for many years, along my journey of turning every mental model and personal development practice into a journaling tool. I'm all about serious fun - deep reflection processes don't have to be sooo serious πΈ

This course (and my own yearly review process) was created with carrrds - I made a deck of ideas, and kept reshuffling until this course emerged. If you'd enjoy your own deck, I'd be delighted to handcraft one for you. Have a look at this video - with the deck that I'm building along this course.
