A Midwife Led Mini Course -
Calm Birth Foundations
A short, supportive birth education course — created by a registered midwife
Birth doesn’t need to feel overwhelming to be powerful.
This short course has been created to give you clear, calm, evidence-based information about labour and birth — without fear, pressure, or information overload.
Delivered in gentle, easy-to-follow video modules, this course is designed to support you in feeling more confident, informed, and connected to your birth experience — whatever path your labour takes.
This is general birth education, not medical advice, and is intended to support (not replace) guidance from your own maternity care team.
