Protocol System

The delivery system for qualified practitioners working with women over 40.

One repeatable structure for running client work: the sort, the lead decision, the touchpoint decision, the delivery rhythm, the Personal Blueprint and the coaching craft, across a focused six-week arc or a fuller twelve-week arc. You bring the knowledge from your own training. The system gives you the judgement structure around it.

Why practitioners buy it

Women over 40 often arrive with weight changes, bloating, broken sleep, cravings, low energy, stress, skin changes and shifting hormones all at the same time. You can name twelve things that might help. The hard part is choosing the one that holds, then deciding what supports it, what waits and how to deliver it week after week. The Protocol System makes that judgement repeatable, so every new client starts from a clear method.

What is inside

Eight components, delivered as one system.

  • Quick-Start Guide. Licence summary, scope reminder and first steps, taking you from purchase to your first session in fifteen minutes.

  • Coaching Foundations Guide. The core of the system in seven chapters: the method, the Eight-Step Flow, the Decision Engine, the Personal Blueprint, the delivery rhythm, scope, testing and supplements, and the Session Tools.

  • 6-Week Guide. Ten sections covering the arc, every touchpoint, minute-by-minute session flows and what the client receives when.

  • 12-Week Guide. Fourteen sections covering six live sessions, three written check-ins and three implementation weeks, with the layering and refinement points mapped out.

  • Personal Blueprint, 6-Week. A seven-section client plan shell, supplied as a guided version and a plain drafting version.

  • Personal Blueprint, 12-Week. A ten-section client plan shell, supplied as a guided version and a plain drafting version.

  • Coaching Conversations in Practice. Ten chapters of session craft.

  • Licence and compliance documents. Licence Summary, Licence Terms, Scope and Liability Statement, and a Privacy Notice Template to complete under your own practice name.

How it works

  • The Decision Engine. Every concern goes into one of five categories: Lead, Secondary, Noted, Held for Later or Out of Scope. One lead priority carries the work, usually with two supporting anchors and never more than three. At each touchpoint you make one decision: Confirm, Simplify, Adjust, Layer or Hold.

  • The Eight-Step Flow. Screen, Listen, Map, Decide, Start, Track, Hand Over, Review and Close, run the same way in both containers.

  • Three Session Tools cards, for before, during and after each session. Your completed cards build into the case record.

  • Two delivery containers. Six weeks for one main concern and one lead priority. Twelve weeks for work across several lenses, with a formal refinement point at Week 7.

  • Five lenses, Gut, Hormones, Mindset, Skin and Weight, read the same way for every client.

  • The Personal Blueprint. A six to eight page client plan that answers three questions: what is going on for me, what matters most right now, and what should I do next. The guidance panels teach the careful wording that keeps every plan within scope.

  • A safety floor. A food-first order of work, a twelve-item red-flag checklist, a GP signpost, a four-part supplement bar, testing rules and a supplement review form.

Coaching Conversations in Practice

Ten chapters on how the session itself runs: listening and language, responding to written check-ins, wobbles and slips, emotional moments within scope, presenting the Blueprint, talking about progress and holding boundaries. It is also honest about the practitioner's own incentives, including the temptation to let a client keep an inflated expectation and the temptation to extend a client who is ready to finish. The final chapter is a guided exercise for defining your own coaching signature.

Who it is for

Qualified nutritional therapists, nutritionists, health coaches and wellness practitioners already working with clients, particularly women over 40 who arrive with several concerns at once.

Scope

The Protocol System supplies delivery structure and judgement architecture. The clinical content in every case comes from your own training, qualifications and materials. Every client-facing document you issue is your own work, under your own name and branding, built from the Blueprint shells.

The Protocol System assumes your practice is already set up with onboarding, communication terms, an intake process and policies. The Starter System covers that setup. The Starter System, Programme System and Practice Library are separate purchases.
