First drafts of plain-language refund, delivery and privacy pages for a small business.

WHAT IT DOES

Answer a few questions about how your business really works. You get a first draft of your refund policy, your delivery or access policy and a privacy basics page, written so customers can understand them, plus a list of what to settle with a professional.

WHAT MAKES IT A PRO APP

• Guided questions and a built-in sample, so you never face a blank box
• A finished document you can download as a Word file or print
• "Why I suggested this" and "Check these yourself" on every finished document
• The cost shown before each run and after it, and a limit you set for one run
• A "change this" box to revise the result without starting again (each change is charged as another run)

WHAT YOU NEED (PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING)

• Windows, Mac or Linux, and free Node.js 18 or newer
• Your own Anthropic account and key (platform.claude.com). This is separate from a Claude chat subscription, which does not include it.
• You pay Anthropic for what you use, on top of the price of the app. In our own tests on short sample documents, a run of this app cost about 8 cents to 11 cents. Longer documents cost more.
• Anthropic credit is bought in advance. Anthropic says it cannot be refunded and expires after a year, so buy a little at a time.
• About ten minutes of setup. A step-by-step guide is included.

HONEST LIMITS

These are first drafts in plain language, not legal documents. The rules for refunds, selling online and personal data differ from country to country, and the app cannot tell you that a draft meets them.

PRIVACY

What you type, paste or upload is sent to Anthropic to be processed, under Anthropic's terms. It is not sent to us. This is not an offline app. Do not put in anything you are not allowed to share. Your key is stored only on your computer and is sent only to Anthropic.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

The app (a zip file), start files for Windows, Mac and Linux, a setup guide and a README. It uses Claude Opus 5.5. You can switch to Claude Sonnet 5.5 in Settings: its prices are half of Opus's (we did most of our testing with Opus). Kitson Workshop is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

Digital download. If we cannot get it running for you, email kit376351@gmail.com within 14 days for a refund of the app price. Credit you bought from Anthropic is theirs to refund or not.
