Create Emotional Intimacy between you and your partner with this date night guide!

This ebook contains 11 pages. It's broken into 3 sections:

1.Conversation Starters - there are 15 fun questions to get the conversation flowing. These include questions like:

-What is the song that takes you back to a special place/time in the memories of our relationship?

-What's a meal we like that we haven't had in awhile that we should make next week?

-What is the funniest thing that happened to you recently?

2.Exercises to regulate your nervous systems and create safety - there are 6 exercises and they are all designed to set up an environment in which you both feel safe and secure. They include exercises such as:

-Regulated breathing together

-Eye Gazing

-Guidance for how to hold space

3.Deep Prompts - there are 16 deep prompts. Each of these questions is designed to make you both think and reflect and share vulnerably together. By being open and sharing vulnerably in a safe space, emotional intimacy can be cultivated. The prompts include questions like:

-What are you most afraid of - both at a surface level and at a deep level? Do your fears ever impact our relationship?

-What is something I do that makes you feel hurt/small/misunderstood?

-Do you ever have trouble communicating with me or telling me how you feel about things? If yes, why do you think that is?

The date night guide is easily tailored to your individual needs.

You can ask the conversation starters throughout the day, or maybe while out on a date - and then go into the exercises and deep prompts once you get home. Or you can go through it all at once. You can also leave out questions if they don't apply, or pick and choose the best questions if you're running out of time.

The goal is to create a safe container where each of you can share vulnerably and know that what you share will be received with love and empathy. This is when emotional intimacy can be made.
