No. As a Texas health coach, I do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or manage medical conditions. I provide education, support, and lifestyle guidance to help you implement your healthcare provider’s plan and build sustainable habits.
Can you help with insulin resistance or blood sugar issues?
Yes—within scope. I offer education about how daily habits can influence metabolic health and support you as you make positive nutrition and lifestyle changes. Any medical management stays with your doctor.
Can you work with people who have mental-health diagnoses?
Yes. Many clients find that stabilizing their routines, nutrition, and sleep helps support their mood. I do not treat mental illness; I provide lifestyle support that complements your clinical care.
Is this a diet plan?
No. We focus on sustainable, personalized nutrition habits that support stable energy and blood sugar—not rigid plans or calorie counting.
What if I’m on medication?
You can absolutely still work with me. I help you build healthy habits while your medical team manages medications and treatment.
How do sessions work?
We meet weekly for one-on-one sessions, set goals, review progress, and adjust your plan as needed. You’ll also have support between sessions.
What is your refund policy?
Coaching packages reserve dedicated time and support, so all sales are final once our work begins. If you’re unsure about committing, I offer a consultation call to make sure the program is the right fit for you before purchasing.
Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
Because your coaching spot is held exclusively for you, I do not offer refunds once sessions have started. However, you may reschedule sessions with appropriate notice.
What if I’m not satisfied after the first session?
If after our first session you feel the program isn’t a good fit, you may request a refund for any unused sessions. After the first session, the program is non-refundable.
Can I pause or transfer my program?
Yes. If unexpected life events come up, you may pause your package or convert unused sessions into a credit for future services within 6 months.
