Not every birthing person feels immediate excitement at the news they're expecting. Not every birthing person expects or wants to keep the life growing inside them. Each pregnancy journey is individual to the person experiencing the next several months.
With guided visualization, hypnosis for childbirth, gentle yoga exercises, and positive affirmations, we walk with you on your journey with no judgment and no expectations.

Frequently Asked Questions
If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
Please in get contact at any time if you're not satisfied with the program.
We do our best to ensure all birthing persons are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds.
Refunds will be adjusted by the length of your pregnancy, the amount of time in the program, and your participation.
Refunds will not be given after childbirth except in certain circumstances as stated below.
How does appointment scheduling work?
When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your Positive Pregnancy account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.
What if I decide to give up my baby?
Not everyone is cut out to be a parent. It's a difficult choice to make. Let us know how we can best be supportive.
What if I lose my baby?
While this question seems counterintuitive to the program, we want to be able to support you and grieve with you.
When you are able to discuss the loss, let us know if you would prefer a refund or to reserve the program for future pregnancies.
