Hello everyone! This is my first commercial avatar. She's a nurse, and her name is Ophelia. I have spent a long time putting her together, and my fiancée Crystal helped take photos of her, made the icons for her menu and drew this beautiful art piece.

The first five people to purchase Ophelia and make a ticket in our Discord server asking for a ballmission gets a ballmission drawn of whichever character they want for free.

Rules:

1.) You are not allowed to share any assets, FBX's or Unity packages of my projects with others.

2.) You are not allowed to share any textures, parts, shaders that are not public with others.

3.) Don’t claim my work as your own.

4.) You are not allowed to resell my avatars to other people even if you made some modifications on it.

5.) If you bought any of my Unity packages, you are allowed to upload it to one other person besides yourself (boyfriend/girlfriend/best friend etc...). You may not share the package or any of the assets with this person. You may only upload it to their account yourself.

6.) You are not allowed to upload my models as Public or Sell it to someone else.

7.) You are not allowed to use any assets made by me for your avatars unless you have purchased personal or commercial use of them.

8.) If you are modifying my Ophelia model (or any other model made by me), you must issue it as a Ophelia (or the other model name if that model).

9.) You are not allowed to remove my discord name, even if you bought an avatar.

10.) If you're buying a package, please make sure you have some knowledge on unity.

11.) I can help if you're having serious issues. You can open a ticket in my Discord server. You can get a link to the server by messaging me, Kissanity on Discord.

12.) Assets and avatars made by me cannot be refunded. Make your purchases judiciously, I will not be responsible for you.

Final Note:

Please follow these rules. Breaking them will result in a ban in my Discord server if you're in it, and a ban from buying my assets and avatars ever again. No warnings.

No Refunds. These are digital goods, and I highly discourage charge-backs here on Payhip.
