Are you ready to explore the depths of your dreams and unlock your true potential?
Join an ‘Explore Your Dreams’ group to dive into your dreams and reclaim the guidance and wisdom they offer, just as our Ancients did and lived by, thousands of years ago.
Participating in a dream group nurtures self-discovery, and enriches your journey toward your true essence.
Meeting online, with a finite number of participants in each group, and whether you're just starting your path to self-awareness or looking to deepen your spiritual practice, this group is for you.
Let's come together to support one another on your journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and living your best life.
‘There is no such thing as an unimportant dream.
All dreams that concern everyday issues are part of the path to avision: the Dream is always presenting the
issues that need to be addressed’.
Anthony Lunt, psychotherapist and author of AVISION, THE WAY OF THE DREAM
What a dream group can offer you:
• join an ‘Explore your Dreams’ group to share dreams, enable personal insights and and unleash your inner wisdom & creativity
• allow your dreams to reveal your unconscious narrative, themes and issues that once made conscious, enable you to reshape your life and make more informed choices in your life
• write and grow your own personal dream interpretation journal ... of the symbols and meanings within your dreams. Though some are universal, many are unique to each dreamer.
• discover the healing, wisdom and guidance your dreams offer you
• bring magic into your waking life by observing the synchronicities and associations in your night dreams and vice versa.
• observe the themes in your dreams, offering you material for self-reflection, journalling, and more, enabling a deeper enquiry into your known and unknown inner landscape
What to expect....
Meeting frequency: Monthly meetings
Meeting length: 90 minutes.
Within the meetings, there will be time for members to share a dream and invite others to ask them questions, enabling the dreamer to reflect on symbols offered by the dream, their emotions, and what has emerged from the unconscious.
Due to the sacredness of the Dream, and to maintain trust and intimacy within the container we create together, the meetings will not be recorded. This will allow the focus to be fully on the dreamer and the dream being presented in the present moment.
Couple of ground rules:
· Please attend regularly and respect the confidentiality of the group
· Be willing to listen to the dreams of others with respect, and curiosity
· Keep questions open-ended and nonjudgmental . This will encourage trust and curiosity within the group.
A GIFT TO YOU
“By attending the course, you are giving yourself the gift of time & space to be with YOU”.

RECOMMENDED READING
'Avision' is advice that is received through a dream. The Way of the Dream was the way of Pythagoras, the Druids, the Taoists, the Indian and Tibetan sages, the Native Americans and the civilization of pharaonic Egypt.
Anthony Lunt explains the scientific grounds underlying this universal practice for acquiring knowledge and living in harmony with the cosmos. He uses his own experience as a means of demonstrating how that process unfolds in order that the reader may realise the benefits of avision through their own dreams.
Anthony shows how initiation into the Greater Mysteries of the ancient world, which was attained through one's dreams, is as available now as it was in antiquity.......
'Avision - The Way of the Dream' addresses profound issues concerning the purpose of Man's existence and his true place within the cosmic order.
A companion volume, Poems of the Infinite and Eternal by Anna Lunt, Anthony Lunt's wife, includes a number of poems given to her in dreams.
"The title of this anthology was given to me in a dream, as were a number of the poems included within it. Poems of the Infinite and Eternal is a companion volume to Avision - The Way of the Dream, in which my husband, Anthony Lunt, demonstrates how avision, advice received through dreams, which underlay all of the highest ancient civilizations, is as relevant and essential now as it was in antiquity".
