Format

Excel (.xlsx, no macros) + HTML pages that work in any modern browser. The tax rate is a cell you set per document — use the rate your state and city require for what you sell; the templates ship with a clearly fictional example rate.

The honest part

These are templates, not an accounting system and not tax or legal advice. They handle the arithmetic and the paperwork for quoting, invoicing, and receipting one job at a time. They don't track who owes you across jobs, file anything, or replace a bookkeeper. Every name and figure inside is a fictional example.

License

Use them for one business (yours, or one client's). Don't resell, redistribute, or give away the template files themselves — the documents you send your customers are yours.
