Raccoon Creek Deep Dive — Living Edition

The creek with no gauge and no developed access: Raccoon's level settles within a day of rain, but its swampy basin holds tea-to-milk color for another 24–48 hours, so it is level-fishable long before it is color-fishable. This edition builds the call off the Conneaut and Walnut proxy gauges plus your own read at the Lynch Road crossing, and fishes it the way it has to be fished — jam to jam, tight to the wood, on the brief stained-green window.
