 Hi, I'm Harriot.

A Health & lifestyle coach (amongst other titles!)


Also a mum of three, originally from London now happily raising my family under the Spanish sun.


Whilst navigating chronic health challenges, running a business and juggling raising young children abroad, I’ve learned how important it is for women to prioritise reconnecting with themselves—beyond the roles they play for others.


Professionally, I bring over a decade of experience in wellness, spanning beauty therapy, yoga, nutrition, health coaching, and hosting retreats.


I proudly support women in rediscovering their energy and confidence, through simple, realistic daily habits that fit into real life and actually stick for long lasting change.

How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account you can reach out to me directly via info@auroravita.es and we will schedule in your session at the earliest convenience.


Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

Of course! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another session, however, we will cover a lot in the masterclass and could discuss a more tailored follow up session for your progress and accountability.


What should I expect from our session?

Come prepared with something you would like to work on, however always arrive with an open mind as you may be supposed what we uncover during our time together! (one of the biggest benefits of these sessions) Set aside a full hour for yourself, prepare a drink and get ready to take the first steps to the future you.


How are sessions held?

All sessions are online and virtual via video call. It's important to have a face to face connection and to be present for the duration of our time. Supporting materials or follow up contact will be via email.
