You are in the vast minority if you have managed to play regular seasons of Rugby without experiencing an Injury of some kind.

Rugby is an immensely physical, and collision heavy sport. Occasional contact injuries are inevitable. 

There is however a multitude of injuries that are largely preventable.

We know that improving the load capacity of your tissues and your movement quality can result in a decreased risk of the overload/ non traumatic injuries.

Think, ankle sprains, hamstring tears, groin pain etc.

This 4 week programme will progressively expose you to the exercises that have been proven to help decrease your risk of injury but to also improve the quality of your movement and strength.

You will be provided with a schedule that works alongside a typical rugby training week and the progressive exercises that increase in difficulty over the 4 week programme

On completion you will have a much better understanding of how to optimally prepare and prehab your body for Rugby.
