This class is approx. 1 hour and co-hosted by Kris (Kat's 14 yr old). We will be focusing on creating the signature house cleanse in the teen's room or home.

After creating the house cleanse, i take everyone up into their mental space room to help with mental health, clarity, and intrusive thoughts.

We then speak on how to empower one's self with the house cleanse they created, by applying it to different spaces and situations.

This class will also include one or more timeline healing journeys, along with alignment to most healed timeline.
