SEB MADOX's Arm Routine
This is the arm routine I have been using for a couple of years. It is slightly different to the arm exercises I noted in my full body workout split but this is because when I go to the gym to train arms alone-without training them with another muscle group-this is what I do. My arms are certainly my number one genetic strong point. These exercises have grown my arms to around 17 inches in circumference in around two and a half years, as a tall guy, it has been hard to fill out my arms but this plan will help you enormously as it did for me.
