• Social media accounts with non-commercial activities

NON-ACCEPTABLE USE:
• Any End products for sale
• Business social media accounts
• Physical or digital paid advertisements
• Native apps, epub, web apps, or games

This option includes a commercial use license agreement

ACCEPTABLE USE:
• Unlimited personal projects
• Creating artwork for clothing, packaging, posters or similar commercial products, for sale or
for promotional use by you, your company, or your clients (Less than 250,000 Units)
• Creating branding elements including logos for you or your clients
• Creating design works & rasterized images for web use
• Embedding products in electronic devices/operating systems/game consoles, etc.
• Embedding products in applications

NON-ACCEPTABLE USE:
• Any large volume use which includes products, packaging, advertisements, etc. with over
250,000 reproductions
• Creating letterform/alphabet products for resale or distribution
• Using products in any broadcast including cinema & television, etc.
• Re-distributing the products to others in any way

ACCEPTABLE USE:
• The length of your project in perpetuity
• Installation on multiple machines for the purposes of a single project
• Installation on a company server for the purposes of print-on-demand within a single project
• Unlimited physical or digital end products for sale
• Unlimited business social media accounts owned by licensee
• Unlimited physical advertisements for local, national, and global markets
• Digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions
• Broadcast and streaming for unlimited lifetime viewers
• Project related apps, epub projects, web apps, or games downloaded or sold for an unlimited
number of times

NON-ACCEPTABLE USE:
• More than one project, product or title
• The re-sale or download of the raw or original product files in any circumstances.
