WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A blank 100-record XLSX template; a separate XLSX workbook with six fictional examples; a Word quick-start guide with scoring definitions, reporting workflow, FAQs and a single-organisation licence; and a completed three-page fictional board report in Word. The report is editable and manually maintained, not automatically linked to Excel.

AUTOMATIC OUTPUTS

Current risk bands, active-risk counts, overdue actions and reviews, data-gap flags and the five highest-scored active risks. Missing or invalid current scores remain unscored. Accepted risks remain active; Closed risks are excluded.

SCOPE

100 risk slots and one next action per risk. No automatic historical trends, financial-loss estimates, evidence verification or audit certification. There are no macros, add-ins or external data connections. Formulas remain editable; keep an untouched backup.

COMPATIBILITY

Supplied as XLSX and DOCX. Both workbooks passed programmatic Microsoft Excel for Windows checks (version 16.0, build 20326), including recalculation, invalid scores, ranking, duplicate IDs and deadline boundaries. LibreOffice recalculation was also checked. Full interactive usability, workbook printing, Excel for Mac and Google Sheets remain untested.

LICENCE

Use and adapt for one organisation’s internal work, including internal rebranding. Its employees and contractors may use the files on its behalf. Consultants may use this licence for one client organisation. Additional organisations require additional licences. Reports may be shared with authorised stakeholders. No resale or public distribution of the source templates.

Purchase covers the supplied version. Consultancy, custom configuration and lifetime updates are not included. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
