My astrologer friend, Ruth Brocklehurst, gave me fascinating information about the energetic shifts of the lunar phases - that there there was a time to observe and nurture, a time to ride momentum, and a time to

let go. 

I mapped out her information into illustrations so that I could remember and refer to what they said. 

I then created a ‘werksheet’ to work with every lunation in the year, so that I could hold the thread of my New Moon intention.
