You've been told to "strengthen the rotator cuff." Maybe you've even told your clients the same thing. But can you name all four muscles, explain what each one actually does, and find them on a real human body with your hands? (No shame if the answer is no. That's what this video is for, and so much more!)

This session is the opening module of the Anatomically Correct Certification live intensive, and it does what most anatomy education doesn't: it starts with what you can feel. Bony landmarks first, because if you have a map, everything else makes sense. Then we build the muscles onto that map, one by one, with tape, a skeleton model, da Vinci's anatomical drawings, and enough clinical specificity to actually change how you work.

By the end of this hour, you will know why the posterior deltoid is the most undertrained muscle in the shoulder (and what that costs your clients); why scapular winging is always a serratus problem; where to find the subscapularis on a live body and why most practitioners skip it; and exactly which rotator cuff muscles rotate which direction, and why that REALLY matters for overhead range of motion.

This is practitioner anatomy. It’s not a lecture, it’s a transmission. The kind that sticks.

What you get: approximately 60 minutes of live instruction with on-body tape demonstrations, palpation guidance, participant Q&A, and clinical takeaways you can apply the same day.

What your clients get: better arm movement, less pain, better sleep, and everything else they want from your sessions.
