Super Strong 12 Week Training Program written by Kris Skramrud Personal Training.
The program is designed to be completed at the gym or if you have a home gym with a squat rack, adjustable bench, weights, bands, foam roller, and a Swiss/Physio ball.
The Super Strong training program is my first official training program available for purchase. I have been a certified personal trainer for the past eight years and I’ve been working out for 15+ years. This program is an accumulation of my careers work.
The program consists of 3 x 4 week strength training phases. You will train 4 days per week. Two upper and two lower body training sessions each week.
You can modify the program to workout less frequently if needed.
Super Strong was created for people with at least some weight training experience.
There are a total of 12 different workouts and 6 unique warm ups.
Super Strong training program will challenge you, no matter what your fitness level.
What can you expect from the program?
Dynamic warm ups that actually help you perform better during your workouts. A combination of stretching, foam rolling, corrective exercises, compound lifts, and explosive movements.
The workouts are balanced with a mix of strength training, hypertrophy/muscle building, power training and strength endurance training.
