This programme is suitable for anyone who wants to develop the strength in their glutes and surrounding muscles in the comfort of their own home. No equipment required other than mini resistance bands.
We have selected the most effective exercises to increase strength, definition and function in glutes and surrounding areas. You will learn new exercises, how to do them properly and increase your confidence. You will reduce the risk of preventable injuries. You should aim to do this programme 2-3 times a week with good nutrition, hydration and sleep to maximise results.
We are a private Strength & Conditioning company with 15 years + experience working with general public, rehabilitation and athletes (amateur through to professional).
