OFF-CYCLE is my complete eight-week block for lean strength and hypertrophy — the program I designed for my own training, tested block after block, and still come back to when I want progress I can measure.
Four training days a week: two strength-biased, two hypertrophy-biased. Every session is fully written out — warm-up, main lifts, accessories, sets and reps, target RPE, rest, and a coaching cue — so you walk in knowing exactly what the day is for.
The progression is real: three weeks of accumulation, a deliberate deload, three weeks of intensification, and a peak week to test what you've built. An RPE primer calibrates every load to your current strength, so the program meets you where you are and moves you forward from there.
