Land of Hope — Jaya Khoobsurat

Dedicated to my father, Land of Hope was inspired by a man who spent much of his life creating and caring for environments in which people, animals and plants could flourish. Through his work in architecture, his love of the natural world and his commitment to conservation, he taught me the importance of respecting and protecting all living things.

Originally released on Coloured Wings (1998), Land of Hope is also dedicated to the children of Australia — with the hope that future generations will make wiser, better-informed and more environmentally sustainable choices, caring for the extraordinary land and living world they inherit.
