EBOOK - THE CAT AND THE MOUSE

This is the third book I've written. And I decided it would be in the fantasy genre. I was thinking… What could the theme be? What could I narrate? What would the central message be? Who would my characters be? And where would my story take place?… First, this time I wanted to make my cat Leone the main character. So I decided that cats would be my main characters!… I imagined the main scene in a beautiful field. But… I had to add a touch of reality!… I mean, the harsh reality that animals experience in the world.

My story tells the life of a kitten, born and raised in a family home, full of love and care. His mother, a cat, was the pampered one of the house, adored by the elderly woman.

One day, the elderly woman didn't wake up. And it was the most painful day for all of them!

They lost the elderly woman, their home, and their love. They were taken to the Adoption Centre and left there without another word or offering.

Day after day, they watched death stalk through the halls, or saw some being adopted and never seen again, just like their mother, Little Cat, whom she never heard from again.

But fate? It took a turn for this beautiful kitten! Giving him a chance at a new home on a farm!

Here, a fantastic story will unfold, with touches of reality that is, both sad and joyful.

And what's more? This kitten makes a friend, a little mouse!
