Compare supplier or contractor quotes side by side with weighted scores for price, quality, speed and service. You enter: Vendor, Quote Amount, Price Score (1-5), Quality (1-5), Speed (1-5), Service (1-5). It calculates: Weighted Score, Rank. Summary tab: Lowest quote; Highest weighted score; Recommended vendor; Bids compared. Includes an Instructions tab, yellow input cells and example rows so you can overwrite them and start. Works in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice.
