If you're looking for a 4 training day workout plan, then the Upper - Lower split can help you.
It contains 2 days of upper body and 2 of lower body, with a rest day after 2 workouts. It can be used as a 3 day program too, if you don't have enough time to train 4 times, so you can try upper-lower-upper or lower-upper-lower.
