By purchasing, downloading, or using this 3D Avatar model (hereinafter referred to as the "Product"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. PERSONAL USE LICENSE

(Applies to standard personal purchase options)

Allowed:

• Personal Use: Uploading and using the avatar on your personal, private accounts (VRChat, Resonite, ChilloutVR, VTuber streaming, etc.).
• Customization: Modifying mesh, textures, armature, blendshapes, or shaders for personal use.
• Content Creation: Creating photos, videos, streams, or social media content featuring the avatar, even if monetized through platforms like Twitch, YouTube, or Patreon (streaming/content creation is considered personal broadcast).

Not Allowed:

• No Public Uploads: Uploading the avatar as a public, pedestal, or world avatar where third parties can clone or use it.
• No File Sharing or Redistribution: Distributing, sharing, gifting, lending, trading, or reselling any of the original or modified files (Unitypackages, FBX, textures, blending files) under any circumstances.
• No Asset Ripping: Extracting parts, assets, props, or clothing from this model to sell, share, or reuse on other commercial/public models.
• No Commercial Monetization: Using the raw avatar files, 3D meshes, or textures to generate direct financial gain (e.g., selling merchandise featuring 3D renders, selling avatar edits, or distributing derivative 3D products).

2. COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE

(Applies ONLY if a Commercial License was explicitly selected and purchased)

Allowed:

• Commercial Avatars & Projects: Including this model (or modified parts) on commercial avatars or projects for sale, provided it is saved on a Finished Commercial Model (not sold standalone).
• Avatar Commissions: Using this model for paid avatar commissions, provided BOTH you (the artist) and your client own a valid license for the asset.

Requirements & Restrictions:

• No Standalone Redistribution: You may not resell, share, or distribute the asset as a standalone package or asset bundle.
• Asset Protection: You must ensure the asset files are properly secured inside Unity or the final export format so third parties cannot easily extract raw FBX or texture files.
• Credit Requirement: You must credit me and provide a link to the original product store page in your commercial listing description.
