I have always been deeply curious about people how we grow, how we make meaning of our experiences, and how we find our way back to ourselves through the different seasons of life.

Over the years, my own journey of leadership, learning, personal development and coaching has taught me that growth is not always about becoming someone new. Sometimes, it is about pausing long enough to reconnect with who we already are.

I am Dr Lerato Piitso, ACC, Founder and CEO of Kujali Global, a Leadership and Mental Fitness Coach with over six years of coaching experience. My work has given me the privilege of creating spaces where people can reflect, become more self-aware, recognise their strengths, explore their choices and move forward with greater intention.

I created The Kujali Space to extend that experience beyond the coaching room a space where thoughtfully designed resources can help people pause, reflect, grow and become, at their own pace. The resources within The Kujali Space are created from that same belief: before we rush to change ourselves, there is value in first meeting ourselves where we are.

Rebuilding Self was one of the first journeys to grow from this philosophy an invitation to reconnect with ourselves through awareness, reflection and intentional choice. As The Kujali Space grows, it will continue to offer resources that support both personal reflection and meaningful connection with others.

My hope is that the resources you find here do not tell you who to become, but create space for you to hear yourself more clearly, recognise what you already carry, appreciate what matters, and make choices that are meaningful to you.
