Plan which days of the week you will devote to exercise. Using the exercise tracker tool, circle the days of the week you intend to exercise.

Choose your exercise plan:
From jogging, to walking, to jumprope, to squats, choose the workout plan that best suits you. Plan which days you will follow a certain workout routine. There are 4 workout plans to choose from.

Find an exercise buddy:
Choose an exercise buddy to help hold you accountable. Plan out who will be your buddy, what days you will exercise & where you will exercise. Fill in the template for choosing a workout buddy and backup buddy.

Commit to healthy eating:
