Every morning before the first bell, Dani sits at her desk with a cup of coffee, a yellow legal pad and a rose quartz pendulum. A sixty-year-old English teacher in a western Massachusetts hill town, she has channeled her Council of Angels for eleven years, and she keeps one firm rule: no predictions. No timelines. No fear.

Over five days, Dani argues with her guides, keeps the truth from her husband, and dreams of a blind dolphin and a father and son who see the same city in completely different ways. Now she has to decide what to do with a warning she doesn’t want to believe, and can’t stop hearing.
