El Refugio de los Healers

Un espacio confidencial y sagrado para Latinx therapists and healers.

The Reason

As a Latinx therapist, group practice owner, and supervisor, I know firsthand the heavy emotional weight we carry for our clients, nuestras familias, and our communities. Between navigating vicarious trauma, systemic barriers, y el famoso burnout, we are constantly holding space for everyone else—often with nowhere to land ourselves.

I created El Refugio de los Healers out of my own deep need for rest, comunidad, and restoration. Having walked through intense personal loss, business transitions, y todo lo que conlleva la práctica privada, I wanted to build a sacred, confidential space where Latinx clinicians can drop the expert mask, unburden their nervous systems, and receive the same somatic healing and care we so generously give to others.

El Refugio de los Healers Offer:

Un espacio confidencial y sagrado para Latinx therapists and healers to process vicarious trauma, release burnout, y recargar sus energías.
