These files will stay private and will not be shared around, so no leaking. You are not allowed to upload to someone else's but your own vrc account unless the other person has bought the model too.

The model is not to be made public on VRChat!

If bought for another person make sure to use their email and not your own, otherwise Payhip will gift it to yourself.
