Down to 1hr 12 min from 3 hours :)))))

So im excited to share this over here - I got completely rid of instagram except 10 min per day, whatsapp for 40 min max on most days and remaining other apps.
I do not use my phone for Youtube anymore.

Personally would recommend the 28 day version anyday

I got better in 7 days but would love to try it for 28 days cause my loop is strong...
Currently i am just reusing the 7 day version but it would have been much better it have single 28 day version
