This is not just a booklet. This is a ready-to-use community mobilization system for churches, civic groups, community leaders, volunteers, and partner organizations that want to stay connected, organized, and response-ready.

The Family & Community Connection Network™ Our New Norm™ Complete Implementation Toolkit gives leaders the structure, forms, meeting rhythms, public awareness tools, facilitator guidance, accountability checklists, reporting pages, recognition standards, and compliance safeguards needed to organize nonpartisan civic participation and community connection with clarity and discipline.

Inside this 58-page toolkit, you receive tools for:

  • Partner enrollment and commitment forms
  • Group sign-in and reporting forms
  • Facilitator training and orientation guidance
  • Monthly accountability meeting agendas
  • Response Ready Monday checklists
  • Recognition levels and award standards
  • Public awareness and QR-code sign-up assets
