Chakra Balancing Sound Bath with Crystals - Redwood Yoga, Ponteland

Join me on Saturday 9th May from 12pm to 1pm at Redwood Yoga Studio in Ponteland for a calming and restorative session designed to help you unwind, rebalance and gently restore your energy.

This experience combines sound alchemy and the healing vibrations of crystals, supporting you in returning to a place of harmony and ease.

As you rest, the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, koshi and pala chimes, rainmaker and ocean drum will move through the space. The session will gently close with reiki drumming to help you feel grounded and deeply relaxed. Carefully placed crystals will work throughout to cleanse and align your chakras.

You will also have the option of a crystal oracle card pull at the end of the session for reflection and guidance.

Held monthly, this session offers a regular opportunity to pause, reconnect and support your energetic wellbeing throughout the year.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session begins and bring a yoga mat, cosy blanket and warm socks so you can be fully comfortable and create your own peaceful sanctuary.
