Thomas D. Jones -- Genealogy X
In the shadows of Walt Whitman, Robinson Jeffers, and William Carlos Williams, New Jersey-born poet Thomas D. Jones, creates a chronological narration of a life, folding in European grandparents, an upbringing in urban America, European explorations, and musings about the coming of middle- and old-age. First published in the year 2000 as a hand-made edition, this version of Geneaology X is completely re-set, using the same classic art elements and the same type families as the original book. Jones was active in the New Jersey poetry scene at the time, and ran an online poetry magazine, Wings. His second volume, published after his move to Rhode Island, Voices from the Void, is also available as an ebook.
