Ghost in the Machine is a text-based horror exploration game where you’re trapped in an abandoned computer lab during a storm, using a detector to track hidden entities before time runs out. You navigate by cardinal direction and facing, collect tools, uncover terminal lore, map every room, and escape frantic ghost chases through obstacle-filled routes. Your final score combines ghost finds with completion progress, and players who fully clear tools, lore, rooms, and obstacles unlock a Secret Victory ending with unique music.
