The sessions are an hour in length and run:

Feel Good Friday - Friday at 11:00am
Tea & Talk Tuesday - Tuesday at 8:00pm

The sessions take the format of:
  • Check in
  • Group discusion on session theme
  • Finish with a breathing / meditation exercise
You get the most of it by joining in but only what you are comfortable sharing!

The sessions run for the majority of the year - any changes will be notified to you.
