Nougatine is a very feminine cardigan, full of delicateness, and adorned with a nice lacy garland.
It is worked from top down, seamlessly, with a rounded yoke. A lacy panel goes through the yoke, as if to highlight it. This lace pattern is explained by chart.
The main part of the cardigan is worked in stockinette stitch - and the borders in rib.
The main colour is in sport yarn, while the lace motif is worked in fingering yarn.
Sizes range from 80 to 130 cm / 31.5 to 51.25 inches of bust circumference (including a positive ease of 0-3 cm / 0-1¼ inch).
Depending on the size, you will need between 875 and 1500 meters / 960 and 1600 yards of sport yarn, and between 80 and 340 meters / 88 and 375 yards of fingering yarn.
You will need 7 buttons as well.
