This meal plan is catered for weight loss and helping you understand healthy eating is not as difficult as you think. The work is done for you as far as planning. Now it is just on you to hit the grocery store, make conscious buying decisions, and cook the stuff.


Some of the meals in this plan aren’t necessarily feasible but they are there to just give you something to think about. Make substitutions as needed but at the end of the day, keep it to WHOLE FOODS ONLY.
