Important Notes:
Natural separation is expected – the leek might settle at the bottom. Please shake well before use, or scoop out the leek with a spoon.
No preservatives added – once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 30 days.

The oil will solidify when chilled. Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or scoop directly with a spoon.
